Suzuki Narkh Market

Went to the night market in Victoria market last wed. Was freaking hot that day (39deg)!! Amy and I was wondering why we weren't OTing in office instead when we were saunaing at the market. Anyway, food was AWESOME, though it is really 人山人海 (my fav fav 成语 when writing chinese essay on market). I have tons of pics to prove that!

I shall not spend too much time here so I'll stop chui shui-ing now...

Our Spanish seafood rice with potato something. not paella - there are two other paella stalls there though. Side note: Tender Trap at Chaddy is a really good Spanish restaurant. Call in to pre-order squid-ink paella that is not on the menu.

this Sangria stall has long lines ever since we got there!

Sangria (Spanish: sangría; meaning "bloody") is a wine punch typical of Spain. It normally consists of:
a light, dry, young, acidic, unoaked, fruit forward red wine, usually from the province of Rioja in Spain and of the Tempranillo or Grenache varieties; other reds that work well include French wines such as Gamay or Beaujolais, and Italian wines such as Grignolino, Bardolino, Dolcetto, Freisa, or Lambrusco.
chopped or sliced fruit (often orange, lemon, apple, peach, berries, pineapple; occasionally melon, grape, or mango)
a sweetener such as honey, sugar, simple syrup, orange juice, and/or fruit nectar
a small amount of added brandy, triple sec, or other spirits
and ice and carbonated soda, in some recipes -wiki

Do try to make your own bambus (red wine with coke 1:1). Easier but is a great recipe when you happen to have bad reds =p.

See those people! Told you it's 人山人海 =p

p/s: Pardon my bad English cause when it's food-related I can become too hyper and my rojak English can 'come' out. Sorry-lah.
